The Atlanta Braves have scheduled a tour to take the World Series trophy to 151 stops across Braves country, with each stop intended to represent the team's 151 years of history.

At each stop, fans will have the opportunity to interact with players and take photos with the team trophy, the Braves reported in a press release. Select locations will feature special events by Braves entertainment teams, alumni, and more.

"We felt the tremendous support of Braves Country throughout the season and particularly in the Postseason, and we are taking this Championship on the road to fans across the Southeast so that they can share in the joy and celebration of this historic victory," Derek Schiller, the Braves' president and CEO, said in the release.

The tour, sponsored by Truist Financial Corp., Academy Sports + Outdoors and Ford Motor Co., kicks off on Feb. 15 at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta, the Braves reported.

"Truist is excited to be part of the World Series Trophy Tour and celebrate the World Champions across Braves Country," Joe Smith, head of sports and entertainment marketing at Truist, said in the release. "It's been incredible to be part of this historic year with the Atlanta Braves, and we can't wait to make more great memories with Braves fans during the tour."

Confirmed tour stops include the Morehouse College baseball season opener at the Gresham Park baseball complex in DeKalb County on Feb. 20 and the Braves Country Battles championship tournament in Alpharetta on July 9, the Braves reported.
