Chief Dennard acknowledged Public Safety Liaisons to include Operations Manager Michael Ayers, Brady Turner, Grace Kellar, Jonathan Crumbley, and Brix Boarman and performed the swearing-ins and oaths for each member. The liaisons make up the transport team since the transition of the Acworth Detention center to offsite facilities. Each member is assigned to a patrol shift and tasked with transporting arrestees to the required detention facility. The liaisons will also be assisting with reports and calls for service that do not require the work of a certified officer.
