If you are a renter facing financial hardship, you may qualify to have your electric bill paid through a collaborative effort between Georgia Power and Georgia Department of Community Affairs. 

On Sunday, March 19th, Georgia Power will be with The City of Austell at the Threadmill Complex to answer questions about the program and provide application support to those who need assistance. In addition, a representative from the Tax Commissioner’s office will be present to share valuable information for homeowners interested in applying for all the tax benefits they deserve.
