Betty Gray Middle School announced on Mar. 13 that it will host a Parent Night for future students and their families. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.
The school said the evening is designed to help new students and their families become familiar with the middle school environment. Attendees will have the chance to meet sixth grade teachers, learn about academic expectations, and explore available clubs and programs.
According to the announcement, the event aims to give families an opportunity to ask questions and prepare for the transition into middle school. The school community will be present to provide information and support.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to begin your middle school journey with confidence and connection,” the announcement said.
The Parent Night reflects Betty Gray Middle School’s efforts to support students as they move from elementary to middle school.
