Monday was a big day for Cobb County!

Governor Kemp swore in our two new Superior Court judges; congratulations to Julie Adams Jacobs and Vic Reynolds.

Jacobs will depart the Georgia Attorney General’s Office and is a proud graduate of Leadership Cobb’s Class of 2019.

Reynolds departs as Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director and returns to Cobb, where he served as District Attorney, Chief Magistrate and had a distinguished career in private practice.

The Governor then nominated Mike Register to replace Reynolds as GBI Director. Register has been the Sheriff Office’s Assistant Chief Deputy, Cobb Police Chief, and the Director of Public Safety.

Congratulations again to all, and big stuff for Cobb County!
