Campbell Middle School is part of the Cobb County School District, which is headquartered in Marietta.
Within Cobb County School District’s 110 schools, Campbell High School reported the largest population of multiracial students for 2024-25, enrolling 149.
The National Center for Education Statistics shows Georgia’s public schools have a racial and ethnic makeup of approximately 36.4% Black, 35.9% white, 18.1% Hispanic, 4% Asian, 4.6% multiracial, 0.2% American Indian or Alaska Native, and 0.1% Pacific Islander.
Chronic absenteeism is still a substantial challenge in Georgia schools after the pandemic, with 20.7% of students missing at least 10% of school days in 2024, according to the Georgia Department of Education. The department initiated a statewide effort, including a real-time attendance dashboard, public outreach campaign, and specific support for high-need districts, aiming to improve daily attendance.
