The CCCEPA vocal department announced on Apr. 20 that it will present ‘A Night at Carmina’s,’ a two-part musical event scheduled for May 2 at the CCCEPA Performing Arts Center.
The event aims to offer an evening of music and entertainment, featuring Carl Orff’s classical piece Carmina Burana in the first act and a jazz-themed second act inspired by the 1920s. Organizers say attendees can expect “a thrilling two-part musical experience that promises an evening of drama, decadence, and dazzling entertainment!” The second half will transport guests to a setting reminiscent of a roaring jazz club from the era, with live big band music.
