Red Ribbon Week will be observed at Clarkdale Elementary School from October 27 to October 31, 2025. The theme for this year is “Better Together: We Make Healthy Choices!”

The school encourages students and staff to participate in themed dress-up days to promote healthy choices. Each day of the week has a specific focus:

– Monday, October 27: Participants are asked to wear red with the message “Be ‘Red-y’ to make healthy choices!”
– Tuesday, October 28: The day’s theme is “Follow your dreams, not drugs,” and students can wear comfy pajamas or sweats.
– Wednesday, October 29: “Hats off to Healthy Choices” encourages everyone to wear their favorite hat.
– Thursday, October 30: Students and staff can show support by wearing team attire under the theme “Team Up and Make Healthy Choices.”
– Friday, October 31: The final day features “Say BOO to Drugs. Character for a Cause.” For $5, participants may dress as their favorite character or wear a school-appropriate costume.

Proceeds from Friday’s event will go toward initiatives and activities that benefit students, staff, and stakeholders at the school.
