Cobb Schools and Marietta City Schools are working together to support special education students as they prepare for life after high school. The two districts will host a free Transition Resource Fair at Marietta High School on November 6 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The event is designed for Cobb families interested in learning about options such as internships, independent living, careers, and further education tailored to each student’s needs after graduation. In addition to information about post-graduation opportunities, families can participate in discussions focused on enhancing learning for students who are still enrolled in transition programs.

Attendees will also have access to resources about camps, therapies, recreation activities, and strategies that can help students succeed when seeking employment.
