The Cobb County School District announced on Apr. 13 that online registration for kindergarten is now open, allowing families to begin the enrollment process for their children.

This announcement is important for families with children who are eligible to start kindergarten, as it provides information about how to register and what documents are required.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use the district’s online registration system, which the district says is designed to be easy and secure. To complete the process, families will need to upload two proofs of residency—such as a lease or mortgage statement and a current utility bill—as well as a certificate of immunization (Form 3231), a certificate of vision, hearing, dental, and nutrition screening (Form 3300), proof of birth date, and either a Social Security card or a CCSD waiver form (JBC‑4).

Registration can be started by visiting olr.cobbk12.org. Additional details can be found in an attached flyer referenced by the district.

The move aims to streamline enrollment procedures for new students entering kindergarten in Cobb County.
