Cobb’s Master Gardeners to recognize National Seed Swap Day in Marietta

In honor of National Seed Swap Day, Master Gardener Volunteers of Cobb County (MGVOCC) will be at the Marietta Farmers Market on Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon at 41 Mill Street, Marietta, GA (across the Railroad Tracks from the Marietta Welcome Center and Marietta History Center/Museum).

The Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer your home gardening questions. Free UGA Extension publications will be available to assist and guide the home gardener.

The public can support MGVOCC and get a great deal on seed-starting supplies. Items anticipated for sale at 50% off retail price include greenhouse trays, seed starter mix, peat pods, peat pots, and liquid fertilizer. Free seeds will be offered with each item purchased. Only cash, debit, and credit cards will be accepted.
