The Durham Middle School “Student of the Week” program continues into the 2025-26 school year, highlighting students who embody The Wildcat Way. Each week, a student is selected by faculty and staff for this recognition.

The program is supported by local sponsors Orthozone and former Durham Middle School Social Studies teacher Jodi Bitler. Their contributions provide students with various rewards for their achievements.

Students recognized as part of this initiative are celebrated for their conduct and positive impact on the school community.
