Ford Elementary School has started its annual Kids Heart Challenge, aiming to teach students about heart health. The program encourages children to focus on movement, kindness, rest, and understanding when to seek help.

Organizers are using the support of this year’s Heart Heroes to promote healthy habits among students. Families are invited to participate by downloading the AHA Schools app. Students who sign up will receive a free wristband.

More information is available on the school’s official Kids Heart Challenge page.
