Hendricks Elementary School will hold its next Parent University meeting on Monday, September 30, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM at the school. The event is part of a series of six meetings scheduled throughout the academic year.
The upcoming session will cover topics such as using CTLS and Parent Vue, along with an overview of school policies, attendance procedures, PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports), and transportation. The goal is to help parents understand how they can support their children’s success in the classroom and contribute to the overall progress of the school.
According to Hendricks Elementary, parent involvement is a key priority. “Partnering with parents is one of the most important goals here at Hendricks Elementary. Why? Here’s your chance to find out what happens when we have parents on board to keep our school running at full speed!”
The sessions are designed not only for information sharing but also for building connections among parents, staff, and community partners. “In all sessions through the year, you will learn what you can do as a parent to not only help your child to excel in the classroom, but what you can do to contribute to the success of our entire school.”
Parent volunteers are welcome for various tasks including making lesson copies, greeting car riders in the morning, assisting with field trips, and other opportunities. “Did you know that we welcome parent volunteers? There are so many things we could use some help with…”
Parents interested in attending can RSVP using a provided form or check additional details in a flyer available through the school’s website or CTLS.
“Please come in and be a part of the Hendricks Parent University. The sessions are only 30 minutes long and begin at 7:30 am; a great way to start your day! Check our website or CTLS often for upcoming dates,” according to Hendricks Elementary.
“We are looking forward to meeting and working with you!”
