Jacob Taylor, an accomplished former basketball player from Wheeler High School, appeared in the Charleston Southern Buccaneers’ 86-84 victory over the Winthrop Eagles on Thursday, Feb. 26.
The freshman guard, who is 6-3, notched three points, four rebounds and added two assists over 23 minutes of play.
Taylor and the Buccaneers next face the UNC Asheville Bulldogs away on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m.
Multiple running events are scheduled to take place in the Cobb County during the week ending May 1, offering opportunities for adults to compete, stay active, and take part in organized races.
