Kennesaw Mountain High School has announced important dates and procedures for senior portraits, baby photos, yearbook pose selections, senior ads, and yearbook purchases for the upcoming school year.

Students are required to schedule their senior portrait appointments at Prestige studio locations. Appointments can be made online at https://book.appointment-plus.com/d7cdsjlc#/. The deadline to complete these appointments is October 4. According to the school, there will be no exceptions to this deadline.

For students who miss the initial sessions, a “Last Chance” picture day is scheduled at Kennesaw Mountain High School in room 311 on October 10. Sign-ups for this session are available in room 306. There is a $35 fee for having photos taken; however, students are not required to purchase any of the photos to have their picture included in the yearbook. If payment presents a hardship, Mrs. Hoover can be contacted at Holly.Hoover@cobbk12.org.

Baby photos must also be submitted by October 4 through the following link: https://photos.jostens.com/G9KLEJ. Students should select “Portraits” when uploading their photo and follow the instructions provided.

After receiving their proofs, seniors and their parents need to choose one formal and one casual pose for inclusion in the yearbook. Selections must be communicated by calling 800-736-4775 with session ID and proof numbers by November 3. If no selection is made by that date, Mrs. Hoover and the photography lab will make a choice on behalf of the student.

Senior ads are now available for purchase at www.jostensadservice.com/student. The school has adjusted ad sizes and prices this year: half-page ads cost $250, quarter-page ads are $150, and eighth-page ads are $100 until October 17th; after that date, prices will increase.

Yearbooks can be purchased online at www.jostensyearbooks.com or directly from Mrs. Hoover in room 306 for $90 until October 17th. After this date, the price will rise.

For further information about appointments or submissions, families are encouraged to consult attached letters or flyers or reach out directly to Mrs. Hoover as needed.
