Schools in the King Springs Elementary School community will be closed for Thanksgiving Break from Monday, November 24 through Friday, November 28. The school expressed appreciation for its community and encouraged families to use the break to rest and spend time with loved ones.

In a message to families, the school stated: “Take this time to relax, enjoy family and friends, and reflect on all things we’re thankful for. We look forward to welcoming everyone back after the holiday!”

The school also shared a quote from Kristin Armstrong: “When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.”
