Mabry Middle School announces upcoming social event for sixth and seventh graders

The Mabry Middle School will host a social event for sixth and seventh grade students on Thursday, February 12th, from 4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event will take place at the school and is open to all students in these grades.

According to the announcement, “There will be snacks in the Mabry Cafe and a black light / neon party with DJ, music, games, neon face painting, neon photo backdrop, all provided at no cost to the students.”

Parental permission is required for students to attend. The school asks parents to refer to the Mabry Messenger or PTSA eBlast for the link to the permission form and submit it by Wednesday, February 11th at 8 p.m.

The school promotes social-emotional learning through programs like Sources of Strength and Second Step, which aim to foster student leadership and well-being. It also offers technology integration through computer labs and mobile devices.
