For the 2023-2024 school year, the Mentorship Application is digital. If you would like to apply, there are several elements that will need to be completed by Friday, March 3, 2023:
- Complete the Mentorship Application.
- Have your parent or guardian indicate that they approve of Mentorship as one of your classes by filling out the survey located at this Parent Consent LINK.
Please be aware that the first bullet point above is a form that may ONLY be filled out by logging into an Office 365 account first.
