On Sunday, March 22, Denim DeShields, a former basketball star from John McEachern High School, played for the Ole Miss Rebels as they were narrowly defeated 65-63 by the Minnesota Golden Gophers in the NCAA Tournament.
The matchup was held at Williams Arena at 1 p.m.
DeShields finished the day with six points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal over 27 minutes of play.
