Sprayberry High School’s STEM Academy has received full funding through the Annual Cobb Tank Grant Competition. The awarded proposal, titled “Engineering for the Stars,” aims to establish a NASA engineering lab on the Sprayberry campus.

The initiative is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in engineering, specifically tailored to space-related projects. The school administration expressed pride in both students and teachers involved in securing this grant.

Once established, the new lab will serve as a resource for students interested in pursuing STEM fields, offering opportunities to engage with advanced engineering concepts and technology.
