CITY OF SYMRNA: Open House Sessions for Downtown Redesign / Three Sessions

Transaction coordinator 34 orig

City of Smyrna issued the following announcement on Sept. 3.

The first two opportunities are on Thurs., Sept. 16 (one morning and one afternoon/evening session) for you to offer input on the Downtown Redesign. Both sessions on Sept. 16 – 9:00 a.m. to Noon & 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - will be held in Brawner Hall at Taylor-Brawner Park - 3180 Atlanta Road, Smyrna Ga 30080. A third session is scheduled for Tues., Sept. 21 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm in the Large Gym of the Smyrna Community Center (200 Village Green Circle, Smyrna Ga 30080). (An online option will be provided in proximity to the in-person sessions. Please review the following information).

The Open House format will allow you to review diagrams with elements of design for consideration (represented on two concepts) and provide feedback on those elements that will, after citizen input, be used to prepare design recommendation for consideration. We look forward to your input either through the Open House sessions at Brawner Hall on Sept. 16 or through a planned virtual opportunity if you are unable to attend either session. The Open House date/session times are listed on the City website and running on the digital signs throughout the City in addition to being posted in regular social media posts like this one to remind you to put the opportunity on your calendar.
