Local Leadership Provided By Cobb County President Ron King
Under the local leadership of Cobb County President Ron King,Capital City Bank announcesan expanded array of commercial and business lending solutions serving the needs of a broad range of industries, with an emphasis on owner-managed and owner-occupied, and investment real estate markets. This past fall, the 126-year-old community bank further invested in the Cobb County community by introducing virtual teller technology to better support the varied needs of its clients at its loan production office at 199 Roswell St. Northeast, just off the square in Marietta.

Since joining the Capital City Bank team as Cobb County president in June 2021, second-generation banker and Cobb County native Ron King has been providing local leadership and guiding the development and delivery of Capital City Bank products and services throughout the communities of the greater Atlanta metro area. An accomplished career banker, King has two decades of experience in banking and financial services and an extensive background in commercial lending. He has held executive-level positions with AmSouth, United Community Bank and most recently, Renasant Bank. King earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking. King demonstrates the Capital City Bank commitment to community as an active member of the East Cobb Rotary Club, as well as through service on the boards of Reading is Essential for All People (REAP) and Gracepoint School. He also serves on the finance committee at Holy Innocents Episcopal Church.
