A judge ruled that a University of Georgia (UGA) player accused of rape will be allowed to play in the Bulldogs’ Pro Day.

Adam Anderson, a Georgia Bulldogs football star, will be allowed to take part in the upcoming Pro Day while facing rape allegations.

"Adam is innocent of the charge brought against him and intends to vigorously defend himself in court," attorney Steve Sadow said, according to FOX 5. "He will seek release on bond. Once again, Adam hopes and prays that the UGA community and the public keep an open mind and afford him the presumption of innocence that the law demands."

The unnamed superior court judge gave Anderson permission to attend the event but said he must leave the county afterward.

A police report said a 21-year-old woman accused UGA linebacker Anderson of rape in late October.

A second alleged rape victim came forward after the initial allegation surfaced; the second incident was reported to have taken place in Oconee County.

The first incident report said that the woman went to an Athens residence on Oct. 29. After she had some drinks, the woman woke up on a bed while Anderson was having sexual intercourse with her, according to FOX 5. She said that the sex was non-consensual and she was not able to leave the residence at the time of the alleged attack.

Anderson’s attorney has denied all allegations, and said to ESPN that they are "unfounded and unsupported," FOX 5 said.
