COBB CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: The Dwell Collective: 2022 Top 25 Small Business of the Year

Handshake07

Cobb Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 24.

The Dwell Collective is a real estate team that works with clients buying and selling homes and commercial properties. The Dwell Collective started when two high-producing teams, The Smyrna Team and Zercher Realty Partners, merged together to create greater opportunity for real estate professionals to pursue healthier work-life balances while also providing highly specialized services to clients.

“The vision of The Dwell Collective is to build an ecosystem that is big enough to support the individual dreams and aspirations of our team members, partners, and clients. We believe this is best accomplished through our mission of growing specialized businesses that are rooted in local communities, all the while living out our values of being fun-loving, foundation-building, and forward-focused.”

In the next five years, the company plans on expanding into new neighborhoods and markets, launching an apprenticeship program, developing a program for transitioning retiring agents, and building a home services concierge. The Dwell Collective’s primary goal is to streamline the real estate industry and empower its real estate agents to grow through professional coaching, education opportunities and networking.

What makes The Dwell Collective special?

  • Portion of each closing goes to New Story, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that provides homes and 3D printed homes to people living with inadequate shelter
  • Ranked #1 group at Keller Williams Cityside for both sales volume and gross commission
  • Ended 2021 with a 401% list to sell rate
