Cobb County - GA issued the following announcement on June 13.

Cobb County is under a Heat Advisory from noon through 8 pm Tuesday, and these conditions could persist throughout the week. Heat index values from 105 to 110 are expected. The temperatures plus high humidity could lead to heat-related illness.

Located in the outreach center of the MUST Hope House, the Outreach Program is typically open 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. when temperatures are not extremely high or extremely low.
