At the Thursday, February 16 regular city council meeting, Alderman North presented a proclamation in recognition of Black History Month to the Acworth Achievers afterschool program which is held at the historic Roberts School Community Center. Present to accept the proclamation were members of the Acworth Achievers program and its coordinators, Jordon Gonzalez and Daulton Hill from the Acworth Parks, Recreation, and Community Resource Department.
