Metro Atlanta-based security company, LOUD Security Systems Inc., has announced the acquisition of Vytis Security Systems, an Atlanta-based company specializing in commercial systems. This move aims to strengthen LOUD Security's position as a leading commercial security provider. Like LOUD Security, Vytis offers solutions for business challenges through video surveillance, access control, fire systems, and monitored security services for businesses of all sizes.

In addition to acquiring new commercial clients, LOUD will appoint Vytis CEO Mike Sandes as Vice President of Commercial Services. Sandes brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the security industry, including 18 years as President of Commercial Sales at Ackerman Security. He left Ackerman in 2021 after its assets were sold to ADT and subsequently established Vytis Security in October 2022.
