Chris Sale's return to form with the Braves has positioned him as a leading candidate for the National League Cy Young Award, according to MLB.com's latest poll. This development marks his eighth All-Star selection and highlights his resurgence in 2024. Sale currently leads the poll, surpassing Zack Wheeler, who had previously held the top spot.

4. **Garrett Crochet (White Sox)** - With two first-place votes, Crochet's high strikeout rate places him among the top contenders.

5. **Logan Gilbert (Mariners)** - Gilbert’s steady performance includes a team-leading ERA and innings pitched.

Others receiving votes include Tanner Houck (Red Sox), Cole Ragans (Royals), Ronel Blanco (Astros), Emmanuel Clase (Guardians), Joe Ryan (Twins), George Kirby (Mariners), Grayson Rodriguez (Orioles), Jack Flaherty (Tigers), Tyler Anderson (Angels).

**National League:**

1. **Chris Sale (Braves)** - With eighteen first-place votes, Sale is noted for his strong comeback season.

2. **Zack Wheeler (Phillies)** - Holding eleven first-place votes, Wheeler remains a significant contender with notable statistics.

3. **Ranger Suárez (Phillies)** - Suárez received seven first-place votes and maintains strong performance metrics despite recent challenges.
