The newly established entity will provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services.

“Welcoming PMH into the CROFT family is an exciting step forward for our company and people,” said Jim Croft, founder and CEO of CROFT. “Their talented team and successful track record align perfectly with our culture and our commitment to excellence.”

PMH's decision to merge followed an extensive exploratory phase of other firms across the country. Joe Pike, PMH founding partner and president stated: “For months, Pike – McFarland – Hall Associates had been exploring collaborations to enhance our services... When we were finally introduced to CROFT... we knew pretty quickly they were the right partner for us.” He added that clients can expect continued high-quality service along with additional in-house offerings such as interior design and MEP engineering.

The partnership allows CROFT to extend its reach into South Carolina while enhancing its expertise in sectors like K-12 education, higher education, and local government. Both companies emphasize a people-first philosophy in their operations.

“Our aligned values... are truly what set this opportunity apart,” said Jim Croft.
