Tapp Middle School is seeking feedback from parents through its Fall Title 1 Input Survey. The school has provided a QR code and a survey link to make it easier for parents to participate. The survey aims to collect input from families as part of the school’s efforts to engage the community in decision-making.

The school has made the survey available in both English and Spanish, encouraging participation from all members of its community.
