Cost of college went up for all students at Lincoln College of Technology-Marietta

Tuition and fees rose 3 percent for 2018-19 at Lincoln College of Technology-Marietta, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Georgia students paid $22,562 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $658 more than the $21,904 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 86 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 232 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.1 million and 225 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.8 million.

Including all undergraduates (388), 348 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.5 million, and 359 students took out $2.7 million in federal student loans.
