The Metropolitan Atlanta High School Band of the Year Competition has narrowed down to 20 bands from the metro area. The top two bands with the most votes will have the opportunity to perform at Mercedes Benz Stadium on December 13th during the ESPN HBCU Band of the Year broadcast. One band will be named Metropolitan Atlanta High School Band of the Year, and each participating band will receive $10,000.
Voting is open and allows multiple entries until Monday, November 18. Participants are encouraged to vote as many times as they wish before the deadline.
"Spread the word and vote, vote, vote for South Cobb's Blue Eagle Marching Band!" reads a call to action in support of one of the competing bands.
