Joc Pederson has two pinch homers in this year's National League Division Series, both of them coming while using ex-teammate Anthony Rizzo's bat.

Pederson took Rizzo's bat when he was traded from Cubs to Braves and used it for both pinch homers during the NLDS, MLB.com reported. Acquiring a pinch hitter to hit home runs in key spots was the exact reason the Braves sought to acquire Pederson from the Cubs, MLB.com said.

"I stole it from him when we were in Chicago," Pederson said told MLB.com. "It has a lot of hits in it, so thanks Big Horn."

Pederson now has a new look for playoffs, including bleached hair and a new pearl necklace he's been wearing that's become a fan favorite accessory in Atlanta. MLB.com said that Pederson looks like the protagonist from a 1980s post apocalyptic action movie. Pederson is now three for three, with two homers and four RBI.

Pederson's most critical home run of the post season was a three-run homer in game three against the Brewers that provided the Braves with all their runs in a 3-0 win to take the key 2-1 lead in the series, according to MLB.com. Pederson was congratulated by teammates and offered a bottle of water upon returning to the dugout following the big home run.

MLB.com speculated that Rizzo should "start guarding his bat collection a little tighter" after all of Pederson's success while using the bat he took from Rizzo in Chicago.
