Nichole Stennis Assistant Principal | South Cobb High School
The Metropolitan Atlanta High School Band of the Year Competition has narrowed down to 20 bands from the metro area. The top two bands with the most votes will have the opportunity to perform at Mercedes Benz Stadium on December 13th as part of the ESPN HBCU Band of the Year broadcast. One of these two will be named Metropolitan Atlanta High School Band of the Year and each will receive $10,000 for their participation.
Fans are encouraged to vote multiple times. Voting concludes on Monday, November 18, so prompt action is advised. Supporters are urged to spread the word and cast their votes for Pebblebrook's Mighty Marching Machine and South Cobb's Blue Eagle Marching Band.
