Campbell High School is gearing up for the final stretch before winter break with a series of important events and reminders for students and families. Final exams are scheduled from December 17 to December 20, with early release days on December 19 and 20. Principal's message emphasizes the importance of adhering to exam schedules, stating, "Unfortunately, due to Final Exams, there will be no early check outs on the 12/19 and 12/20 which are Early Release Days-11:30 AM."

Winter break will commence on December 23, with students returning on January 6 and staff on January 2. An open house is planned for January 23 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

The school has highlighted changes in procedures this year. The early checkout time has been revised to 2:45 PM. The final exams policy as per Cobb County School District states that all final exams will be conducted face-to-face without exemptions.

A course extension program is available in January for students who scored between 60-69 in certain subjects. Attendance is mandatory until completion of assignments by January 15.

For seniors, cap and gown purchases can be made using a QR code provided in senior flyers. Additionally, the online application portal for spring parking is open.

The school encourages participation in surveys to improve programs and invites feedback from parents and community members.

In extracurricular news, Campbell High Theatre announced its support for the CHS Baseball Team's annual Christmas tree pickup event set for January.

"Please review the letter with your student," advises school administration regarding student behavior contracts distributed earlier this year.

For more information about dual enrollment sessions or other counseling services, visit the school's website or contact counselors Ms. Young and Ms. Diaz-Brown directly at their offices located near the cafeteria.

The PTSA continues its fundraising efforts through partnerships like Publix Partners where families can contribute simply by shopping during the holiday season.

With these updates, Campbell High School aims to keep its community informed as they approach an eventful end-of-year period.
