City of Marietta issued the following announcement on June 21.
The City of Marietta and a recipient of its Community Development Block Grant funds, Catholic Charities, is hosting a First-Time Homebuyer Seminar on June 27th and June 29th at 5pm.
During this seminar, participants will learn the ins and outs of the homebuying process including: available loan programs, credit fundamentals, down payments, and buying versus renting.
