Capital City Bank Celebrates New Office Opening in Marietta

On Wednesday, November 30, Capital City Bank, hosted a ribbon cutting to commemorate the opening of its new banking office at 237 Roswell St. NE, Suite 150. Attendees included Marietta Mayor Steve Tumlin, Cobb County Superior Court Clerk Connie Taylor, as well as several members of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, Capital City Bank and Capital City Home Loans teams.

“For 127 years, Capital City Bank has remained a community bank focused on making a difference,” said Capital City Bank Chief Operating Officer Beth Corum. “We are excited for this new location and believe our personalized approach to financial solutions will meet the needs of the greater Marietta area well.”

“We are proud to have served the lending and commercial banking needs of the local community for the last 18 months and excited to take the next step in our growing relationship with Cobb County,” said Ron King, Capital City Bank President of Cobb County. “As we open the doors to our new full-service banking office, we also open the door on new opportunities to serve a broader, more comprehensive set of client services.”

The Company opened its first loan production office in Marietta in June 2021 and, with the addition of the new Marietta office, now offers a full array of consumer and business banking and lending solutions to serve the local community. The Capital City Bank and Capital City Home Loans teams will share the new Marietta Office. Capital City Home Loans is a trusted full-service lender that offers a suite of mortgage financing options like FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo and portfolio products and falls under the Capital City Bank Group umbrella.
