Audi Atlanta and Audi Marietta have once again been recognized for their outstanding performance in 2023 by the Audi Magna Society. Audi Atlanta received the prestigious Audi Magna Society Elite Award, while Audi Marietta was honored with the esteemed Audi Magna Society Award.

According to Audi, these awards are reserved for dealerships that demonstrate exceptional customer service and strong business performance. Out of 304 Audi dealerships in the United States, only 70 were honored with the Magna Society Award, with 17 of them being distinguished as 2023 Audi Magna Society Elite winners.

Rob Waggoner, Vice President of Audi Atlanta and Audi Marietta, expressed his gratitude for the recognition, stating, “It is with great honor that we accept Audi of America’s Magna Society and Magna Society Elite awards on behalf of the Jim Ellis Automotive Group. To earn Magna Society recognition, you have demonstrated an exceptional level of customer service as well as strong business performance in 2023. You are the best of the best.”

The criteria for the Magna Society Awards include exceptional customer service, participation in various business programs, top online ratings, best-in-class customer satisfaction marks, EV readiness, and embodying the Audi brand culture.

Both Audi Atlanta and Audi Marietta have a history of excellence in customer service and business performance. Audi Atlanta has been selected for the Magna Society Award 18 times, with 2023 marking the 16th consecutive year of recognition, and it is also the fifth time Audi Atlanta has received the Magna Society Elite award. On the other hand, Audi Marietta has been a Magna Society Award recipient multiple times in the past, including in 2023.
