The Cobb Chamber of Commerce has announced its upcoming event to celebrate the achievements of small businesses in Cobb County. Scheduled for May 13, the Small Business of the Year Awards will recognize various categories of businesses that contribute to the local community. According to the Cobb Chamber, the event will also highlight businesses to watch and those excelling in community service.

Cobb County, known for being home to some of Georgia's most successful small businesses, will see the recognition of outstanding businesses at the upcoming event. The Cobb Chamber, as a pro-business advocacy and economic development organization, aims to support and promote the success of small business owners in the region.

The 2024 Top 25 Small Businesses of the Year have been revealed by the Cobb Chamber. Among the honored businesses are a diverse range of companies including 1885 Grill, Modo Modo Agency, Peachtree Hearing, and Instant Imprints. These businesses have been selected for their significant contributions to the local economy and community.

In addition to honoring established businesses, the Cobb Chamber will also recognize new and upcoming enterprises through the Businesses to Watch awards. The Top 3 Businesses To Watch for 2024 are The Alley Stage, FruiTea Bubbles Café, and Wasserman Talent Solutions. These businesses, which have shown substantial growth within the past three years, will be acknowledged for their achievements.

The winners of the Small Business of the Year awards will be announced at the Marquee Monday event on May 13. The selection process, which involves applications and site visits by external judges, will determine the overall winners in various categories. The event will also include the induction of CDH Partners into the Small Business Hall of Fame, joining a prestigious list of past winners.
