The Cobb Chamber of Commerce and SelectCobb will host “Scaling Corporate Benefits for Small Businesses” on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM EST. The seminar aims to provide best practices and innovative approaches to help attendees attract and retain top talent, optimize employee satisfaction, and enhance overall business success.
Beth Phillips, a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity with over 20 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, and marketing, is one of the featured speakers. Phillips helps small to mid-sized businesses improve efficiency, reduce risk, and manage costs through customized HR solutions. Her mission is "to empower businesses to achieve the highest level of success."
Allison Giddens, Co-President of Win-Tech in Kennesaw, Georgia, will also speak at the event. Giddens co-owns Win-Tech with John Hudson and oversees business operations while Hudson manages sales and shop floor activities. She has been instrumental in founding the Georgia Chapter of Women in Manufacturing and is actively involved in workforce development initiatives.
