Television personality and author Alton Brown has announced his final national theater tour, "Alton Brown Live: Last Bite," which will visit over 60 U.S. cities in 2025. The tour is set to begin on February 13, 2025, in Melbourne, Florida, and will include stops in major cities such as Atlanta, Los Angeles, Boston, and Chicago before concluding on May 11 in Austin, Texas. The Atlanta show is scheduled for February 20 at the Cobb Energy Centre.
Tickets for the tour will be available to the general public starting Friday, October 11, 2024, through Ticketmaster.com. Brown's previous tours have been well-received, with performances in more than 200 cities and attendance exceeding 550,000 fans.
Brown commented on this being his farewell tour: “Last Bite will be my farewell tour and my last culinary variety show, as it’s time for me to make my full-time return to male modeling.”
In conjunction with the tour launch, Brown's tenth book titled "Food for Thought," a collection of essays and ruminations, will be published by Gallery Books in February 2025. Brown began his career directing TV commercials before attending culinary school and creating the popular cooking show "Good Eats." He has also hosted several other well-known programs including "Iron Chef America" and "Cutthroat Kitchen."
