LOUD Security Systems, a prominent security alarm provider in Metro Atlanta, has achieved the UL-681 certification. This certification from Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is a specialized recognition that ensures security installations meet specific industry standards aligned with UL guidelines.

Underwriters Laboratories is an independent organization that certifies electronic devices for safety and reliability. It conducts audits, inspections, and tests globally across various sectors, including security and fire installations.

The UL-681 certification is particularly important for businesses dealing with high-value commodities or services, such as jewelry stores and banks. Most security companies in the United States do not hold this certification, placing LOUD Security in an exclusive category of alarm providers.

Cumberland Diamond Exchange, ranked among the top 5% of jewelers in the US, requires UL-681 certification. Achieving this certification involved a demanding three-month process for LOUD Security. The company underwent a rigorous application procedure, verbal testing, and multiple site visits to ensure compliance with UL-681 standards. Maintaining this certification requires continuous education and annual inspections by UL engineers.
