Middle and high school students, along with their families, are invited to the first North Georgia Military Recruiting Event. The event aims to provide insights into full-time and part-time military service opportunities. It is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 1 to 4:30 PM at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta.

The event offers attendees a chance to experience various military service opportunities firsthand. They will gain insight into future career possibilities in tech, engineering, medical fields, aeronautics, and more across five U.S. military branches.

Representatives from the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force will be present. They will discuss options in Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve services while detailing benefits associated with serving the nation. Attendees can also explore military aircrafts, vehicles, virtual reality simulators among other displays.

Attendance requires an invitation; submitting an RSVP form does not guarantee entry. Approved participants will receive a formal email invitation from the Air Force containing event logistics such as base address and parking details. Each attendee must complete a separate RSVP form.

Space is limited; those interested should RSVP promptly by clicking on the provided link before Friday, April 11. Not RSVPing results in denied entry.

Background checks by the 94th Security Forces personnel will follow once RSVPs are submitted. The 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs will notify approved attendees who will then receive a formal invitation by April 23, 2025.

It is important to note that this event is distinct from Georgia Service Academy Day; applicants interested in both must register separately for each event.
