As graduation approaches, Cobb County School District is focusing on preparing students for their future endeavors. To assist in this transition, the district is organizing a College Fair on March 25 at Hillgrove High School. This event aims to provide students with necessary resources as they move forward from their successful start in Cobb.
Students and families will have the opportunity to connect with representatives from over 50 universities, explore academic programs, understand admissions requirements, and address key questions regarding postsecondary options.

- Understanding the Role of the College Essay for advice on crafting a personal statement.
- HBCU Experience Panel offering insights from alumni about Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
- Taking Advantage of the Hope & Zell Grant explaining Georgia’s support programs for Technical College System students.
"Cobb Schools has a strong tradition of preparing students for success beyond high school," states the district. The college fair represents one of many initiatives ensuring students are ready for their next journey. As seniors prepare for graduation in May, underclassmen can begin planning their futures through this event.
