Chilly Challenges and Cozy Tales: STEM and Literacy Night is scheduled for Thursday, November 14th, from 6:30 to 7:30 P.M. The event promises engaging activities for the entire family.
Students will explore a variety of activities inspired by the book "Learning to Ski with Mr. Magee." These include both STEM and literacy-focused tasks.
STEM activities planned for the night include designing marshmallow launchers, experimenting with squishy circuits, exploring 3D printing, and participating in mystery builds.
On the literacy side, attendees can enjoy an interactive read-aloud session, engage in letter-making exercises, examine cause-and-effect relationships, and write about their favorite winter activities.
