A local school has announced its Spring Spirit Week, set to take place from March 31 to April 4, 2025. The event aims to encourage students to participate in various themed activities throughout the week, allowing them to express their school spirit in different ways.
The week kicks off on Monday with "Pjs & small stuffies," providing students an opportunity to come to school dressed in their pajamas and bring along small stuffed animals. This sets a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to start the celebration.
On Tuesday, students will engage in "Twin Tuesday," where they are encouraged to dress identically with a friend or a group, fostering camaraderie and fun among peers.
Wednesday brings a splash of color with "Pink out!" Participants will don pink clothing, turning the school into a sea of pink and promoting unity and support for each other.
Thursday is termed "High school hype," a chance for students to display their school pride by wearing attire that represents their high school experience.
Finally, the week concludes with "Spring out/ Tropical" on Friday, where students can be as vibrant and imaginative as possible by wearing tropical-themed outfits, marking the onset of spring.
The aim of Spring Spirit Week is to build community and enthusiasm within the school, celebrating the school's spirit and fostering a sense of belonging among students.
